Description
Total Patient Care (TPC) is an application exclusive for Healthcare Professionals, aim to facilitate a rigorous and rapid assessment of patient’s HIV comorbidities onto considering multiple organs and systems. This application aggregates several scientifically validated risk calculators, allowing patients to be stratified regarding renal, cardiovascular, hepatic, and other functions. This tool allows to optimize the evaluation and clinical approach of the patient’s HIV comorbidities through a single resource and, consequently, providing a better time management for the health care professionals. This tool aims to aid clinical practice and does not replace the individualized evaluation by health professionals.
